Payment Options:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, certified check, money order or company check. Payments returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35 service charge. The client is responsible for any legal fees that may be incurred due to payment collection.
Price Changes:
We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price changes. However, prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Services:
Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped by the United Parcel Services (UPS) to ensure prompt delivery. Clients can select from three different levels of service including: three-day select air, two-day air or overnight services. Depending on the area and the time of the year limited standard ground shipping is available. Shipping charges are determined at the time of the shipping and will be added to the invoice.
Return Policy:
Client returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of order. No return of merchandise will be accepted without an authorization by Sachmode International Inc. Returned products must be sealed, unused, unlabeled, in their original saleable condition Shipping fees for the returned products are the responsibility of the client. We cannot accept returns of used products. Sachmode International Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returned product not suitable for resale. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refusal of Shipment:
If any shipment is returned due to delivery refusal, or if the shipment is undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs will be charged to the client's account. New shipping charges will be incurred to resend the shipment.
Damaged Shipment:
If the products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify Sachmode International Inc. and/or the courier. UPS will required a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Sachmode International Inc. will immediately send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate our client.
Internet Sales Policy:
Sachmode International Inc. has a comprehensive internet sales policy in effect for its wholesale clients. All internet sales of Vagheggi, Rica or CocoaThera are strictly forbidden to be sold directly or indirectly by internet or similar systems. Any damages and or legal costs incurred to stop such sales will be borne by client.
